There is no Christian play on or off the
internet like this one. In fact, there has never been anything like
it at all. The Morning Show explores the question of whether or not
there is a God. The play is written in such a way that your audience
will actually be convinced once and for all that not only is Jesus real,
but He could come any day now. It has everything a church wants; a
small number of cast members and clever writing full of scripture that's
strong enough to hold any audience captive until the final act. There's no
costly dramatic changes to the set but the movement that's incorporated
will produce a clean, smooth performance. And most of all, the play
draws everyone to Christ.
What is this play about? What if this was
the year 2006 and the devil has worked so much deceit that almost
everyone, including Christians, are convinced through one traumatic event
that there is no God? How would that affect the way we
live? What would that mean for the few of us who remain faithful to the
truth? This is what The Morning Show explores. In the span of
about 30 minutes, The Morning Show will give your audience a modern day
Noah's ark experience. And what makes the message so powerful is that all of
it is entirely possible. If you had a chance to warn your
congregation prior to this great deception, wouldn't you do it?
Jesus said, for those who aren't prepared, He will come as a thief in the
night. People will be going on with their lives without a spiritual care in
the world.
This play doesn't use scare tactics to
get your attention. Instead, it attempts to restore something that
this generation lost a long time ago- our sensitivity to sinful
things.
When the first guest comes
onto the show, what she says will make your audience sit up and pay
attention. As the show goes on, the concern will get greater and
greater until they want to stand up and testify for the Lord! When was
the last time you presented a program that did that?
Unabashed, we do not turn away from sin. No, we look
on without any fear of falling into sin. Just think of what would
happen if we threw away standards and started rationalizing our way into
doing any and everything. Now, realize that the time I speak of is here
and now.
