A couple of people have asked me about a simple traditional Christmas skit for little kids. And I initially said that I would write it but I forgot that one of our writers, Cleveland McLeish has already done that. I see no need to compete against what he's done. What is the worst thing that could happen to someone who does the majority of their work on a computer? Yep, you guessed it. I had a computer crash last night.
Fortunately, the Drama Tools files are backed up to a different server every night. So, those files are in tact. However, all of my emails and personal files are gone. Summer tour emails were forwarded to board members so those are okay. But if you recently sent me a note, a play or a request, I may need you to send it again if we can't recover the hard disk. Bad for me, HEROES was on that disk. I don't send new plays to multiple places until it's finished. So, pray that I'll be able to retrieve my files and software. Just wanted to let you know why HEROES isn't up today. Hopefully, I can resolve it quickly. Stan Dinner Theater Romance for Valentines Day

Alright, I'm forcasting for the next couple of months forward. My Christmas play is done. So, I'm looking forward to Valentines Day. I haven't done anything for that so, I'm looking to do a little romance skit that you can use. I'm envisioning a couples night for your church members.
Am I on track? I have a little while before I start on this so I'm open to your suggestions on this play or any other idea that you have. If I use your ideas, you will get the play for free. Sound like a good deal? Let me know. Stan Upcoming Holidays

I plan to do a little something for Halloween and Thanksgiving. I don't plan on the skits being long or complicated - just a little something to enhance your holiday celebration at your church.
I'll be working on this after I'm done with HEROES but in the meantime, I'm open to all suggestions on these plays and any others. As always, it's your opportunity to get the plays written that you want. Take advantage of it. Stan |
