During the production of Drama Tools Deluxe Edition, we discovered that there was an installation issue with Windows Vista Home Edition. This caused us to temporarily hold the shipping the Drama Tools package while we worked on the CD. We were able to update the software successfully and all previous orders that had not been shipped were shipped last week. If you would like to track your package, let us know.
We sent out another load of orders today that came in over the weekend.

With my "Deluxe Drama Tools" order, I was supposed to received a free subscribtion and membership. I did not receive the play sent out to subscribers. Is my order in the load you sent out? If it is, how do I track it? Thanks, I sent an email with my data.

Please forgive me. I just saw this.
You did receive a year's membership with your DT Deluxe Order. The website is updated everytime a big play is added and notification is sent out through Playhouse Toolbar. You can read about that and download it from the home page. It's makes notifications quite easy. You don't have to check email or the site. A little notice pops up on your computer screen with a link to the new play.
As a paid subscriber, you don't have to pay for these updates unless you don't renew your subscription each year. It's really a great deal.
Basically, you just log in and download. No money needed.
I hope that I answered your questions. I checked your account. It looks like you got logged in and taken care of. Just remember that the forum is public. It's alright to ask questions here but if you need to send anything personal, do it through the ticket system on the contact page.

Do you offer a package that has the plays in booklet format only so that we can read them?
I really do not want to buy a DVD collection as I do not have a TV and my computer pauses too much, so I would prefer to read the plays.
